Biography:
Angela is an experienced educationalist and researcher who as Head of Department for Adult Nursing provides academic leadership to staff within the Dept. She is committed to the development and enhancement of professional education through innovation, knowledge exchange and evidence based research. She led the development and validation of the undergraduate and postgraduate pre-registration Nursing Programmes at Edge Hill. Her research interests include professional education, qualitative research methods including narrative research, active learning approaches, patient safety and compassionate practice.
