Guidance for panels interviewing applicants wishing to join a research degree.

The PGR and DoS should each submit a separate copy of the form, using the link in the guidance, where the PGR's progress is under review for the consideration of the Graduate School Board of Studies (GSBoS). The DoS report should be written in consultation with the whole supervisory team.

PGR supervisors should use this form to propose changes to existing supervisory teams. All changes require approval by GSBoS.

A copy of this report should be completed by each examiner and submitted at least two weeks prior to the final viva. The comments will then be distributed among the panel and will later inform the viva chair's report.
