Learning Services Collaborate LEADs Project Pecha Kucha
A brief narrated presentation summarising a Learning Services project carried out in 2013-14.
The project aimed to evaluate the potential of Collaborate technology and develop the knowledge and experience of staff and through authentic deployment of the technology.
Pilot activities covering three core, yet distinctive, strands of activity (Outreach, Academic Skills & Staff Development) were selected, to test the hypothesis that Collaborate could:
(i) improve equity of access to expertise for off campus students,
(ii) increase staff and student engagement with sessions and (iii) reduce travel costs for session presenters and participants.
