Biography:
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2008 with a BSc (hons) Exercise Science and a MSc Sport and Exercise Science. I continued my develop through an Sports Science internship at the University of Birmingham, where I was able to apply my knowledge to practical work with elite level and university sports teams.
Further development work has seen me become a UKSCA accredited Strength & Conditioning coach where I have worked with a range of sports from Fencing to Wheelchair rugby at varies levels and ages. I currently work with the City of Salford Volleyball team.
My strength & conditioning work has led to the completion of research, which have been publish in peer viewed journals. I am currently investigating the individualization of plyometric exercises to limit muscle damage
