Biography:
After graduating from Trinity College, Cambridge with 1st Class Hons Computer Science, Chris spent a number of years in industry with GEC Computers Ltd, Marconi Avionics, Digital Equipment Co Ltd (DEC) and InterQuad in a variety of roles from programming / system design, Training, Consultancy, Marketing, Sales and Training Centre management.
He subsequently returned to Higher Education as a lecturer and later programme leader, Deputy Director of the Write Now Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), Associate Director of the Business School (Quality Enhancement) and now as Head of Department of Computing. Chris is also a Senior and Learning & Teaching fellow.
