Adam joined the Edge Hill University in 2010 after teaching physical education for 14 years in a number of (11- 18) secondary schools. He completed his undergraduate degree at Manchester University [1995] before gaining a PGCE from Liverpool John Moores University [1996]. In (2014) Adam completed his MA in Education looking at the transition of PE teachers into pastoral care within secondary education. In addition to his teaching role Adam enjoys a number of sporting activities including football, golf and running.
