Biography:

My early professional working life was as a qualified nurse and midwife having practised in a range of hospitals / units in the Midlands and North West of England. I entered HE as a Pre Registration midwifery lecturer and transferred into continuing professional development . In the FoHSC I have the responsibility of developing, managing and delivering a range of modules dealing specifically with mentorship in practice at both undergraduate and postgrauate level several of which are professionally approved by the NMC . I am currently a University Learning and Teaching Fellow with a specific interest in feedback to feedforward and engaging students in using technologies to enhance learning .
