Module and Programme Blackboard Templates

Zip files that instructors and administrators can use to create the default course items for manually created areas, such as merged courses. UPDATED 2024 - ULTRA COURSE VIEW templates - all new course areas must be in Ultra course view. The templates for Original Course view are now removed.
